I recently bought a 2026 Kia K5 a couple of weeks ago, and my overall experience was a 10/10! I absolutely love the car, and the dealership made the whole process even better. They offered us snacks and drinks while we waited, which was a nice touch. You have to call up there to check on your registration. They will never tell you it’s in and will never get you a new key even though they promise.
